In order to land up problem-free realised projects, all requirements about plastic inection mould (raw meterial and mould steals details, analysis, injection paremeters, 3D and 2D sketch molding design) are asking for the customer approval. After approved projec, all manufecturing processes are planned for moulding.

After examined the CAD datas that comes from the customer, if need necessery modifications for moulding, the final data determined and submitted for taking approval of customer.

All systems that belongs to the mould ; injection, clumping, runner, cooling, ejecting, core and moving parts are designed by taking approval of customer.
